Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Compounding Investments is a brand operated by Trayakshvi Technologies LLP, LLPIN ACZ-9926. This policy explains how we handle information from enquiries, accounts, auction advisory Service Orders and payments at www.compounding.investments.
Registered office: 3rd Floor, 49-50A/605/1, Jagannath Ganj, Jawahar Nagar, Unnao 209801, Uttar Pradesh, India. For privacy requests, email services@compounding.investments. Our grievance contact is Utkarsh Awasthi, utkarsh@trayakshvi.tech.
1. Information we collect
Accounts and enquiries
- Required account details: your name, email address, mobile number and complete address (address line 1, city/town, district, state, PIN code and country). Your address will be used in your agreement; please provide correct details. Only the email address is verified using an email OTP; the mobile number and address are not independently verified by that OTP.
- Optional address details: address line 2 and landmark. Existing customers may still sign in and access existing payments and documents, but must complete their address before starting a new Service Order or preparing a new agreement.
- Enquiry details: your contact details, city, property preferences, budget, purpose, timeline, financing needs, preferred contact time and any message you submit.
- Enquiry context: referring page and campaign parameters, such as UTM values, when submitted with an enquiry.
- Support records: information you send about a service, grievance, cancellation, refund or privacy request.
Email and mobile are fixed identifiers in self-service and cannot be changed there. You can still request correction through support; we will review the request with appropriate identity checks. Please do not submit identity documents or unrelated sensitive information unless it is specifically needed and explained.
Service and payment records
- Service Order identifiers, selected scheme/category, quote reference values, agreed fees, approved fee overrides, assigned Payment Plan Codes, special-fee terms and acceptance records, service status and relevant dates.
- Payment order and transaction references, amounts, instalment status, verification results and information needed for reconciliation or a refund. Payment receipts retain a snapshot of your name/mobile, amount, payment reference, method and payment or confirmation time.
- Authentication records, including hashed email OTPs, expiry times, session records and rate-limit counters used to limit misuse.
Our site does not store raw full card details, CVV or UPI PINs. Razorpay handles payment credentials through its checkout and processes transaction data under its own privacy and payment terms. This does not mean that no payment information is shared: payment references and status are exchanged to operate checkout and refunds.
When hosted checkout is used, trayakshvi.tech, also operated by Trayakshvi Technologies LLP, receives your name, email, mobile number, Service Order reference and instalment details through an authenticated server connection. Both applications retain linked payment and verification records. Your Compounding sign-in cookie and password are not sent to the checkout site.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to your enquiry and provide the auction advisory service you request.
- Create and secure your account, send email OTPs and maintain your signed-in session.
- Prepare quotes, manage Service Orders, confirm payments, issue owner-accessible receipts, reconcile records and handle cancellations or refunds.
- Identify you in your service agreement using your saved address, and retain the address recorded at preparation with that agreement. Updating your profile does not alter an already prepared or signed agreement.
- Send requested service communications, including order, payment, closure and support updates.
- Prevent abuse, investigate security issues, resolve disputes and maintain records required by applicable law.
3. Service communications and optional marketing
Asking us to respond to an enquiry or deliver an order allows us to communicate about that request through the relevant contact channels. It is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional messages or third-party marketing, and does not waive DND registry protections or other applicable communication preferences.
Marketing is optional and separate from service communications. We will seek separate consent where required; you may decline or withdraw marketing consent through support without losing access to an agreed service. Essential order, security, payment or legally required notices may still be necessary. Withdrawal of consent needed for a particular service may affect our ability to continue it, which we will explain.
4. Providers and other recipients
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared where needed with:
- Microsoft Azure: website/application hosting, Azure Tables storage and email delivery. Account, enquiry, Service Order, quote, receipt and payment reference data are stored using Azure Tables. Azure email services receive recipient details and message content needed to send OTPs and service emails.
- Razorpay: information necessary to process checkout, verify transactions, reconcile payments and process refunds, including relevant order and contact details.
- Electronic signing and document storage: when you expressly proceed with a signing request, Leegality receives the reviewed document and necessary signer details; an agreement may contain your address. Agreement PDFs, audit records and their preparation snapshots are retained privately using Microsoft Azure. We do not receive or store your Aadhaar signing OTP.
- Google Fonts: external font requests, as described below.
- Professional advisers and competent authorities: information necessary for accounting, legal obligations or dispute handling, where permitted or required by applicable law.
Any assistance involving sharing your details with an auction authority or another party must relate to your requested service and be explained to you. An enquiry is not permission for indiscriminate disclosure to developers, lenders or marketing partners. Providers may also receive technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, when you access their infrastructure.
5. Session cookies, OTPs, analytics and fonts
We use an essential HttpOnly session cookie with a 30-day lifetime to maintain sign-in. Blocking or deleting this cookie can end access to a signed-in session or require you to sign in again. It is an authentication cookie, not a marketing consent mechanism.
Hosted checkout on trayakshvi.tech uses a separate essential HttpOnly checkout cookie lasting up to 30 minutes, or less when the auction window ends sooner. A short-lived, one-use checkout link is exchanged for this cookie; the link token is removed from the browser address before the payment script loads. The checkout page does not load audience analytics. Expired checkout access tokens and callback replay-prevention records are cleaned after a 24-hour safety grace period by scheduled processing.
Email OTPs are stored as hashes and expire after 10 minutes. Rate-limit counters help limit repeated OTP requests and attempts. Expiry makes an OTP unusable; deletion of the expired record is a separate retention step.
Launch analytics choice: Google Analytics will not be enabled at launch. These legal and contact pages contain no analytics scripts. Essential authentication and security records described in this policy are distinct from audience analytics.
External fonts: pages may request Google Fonts for typography. Such requests disclose your IP address and browser/request information, including the requesting site's origin, to Google. External font loading is separate from Google Analytics and can still occur when analytics is disabled.
6. Storage and security
We use Microsoft Azure infrastructure and safeguards including hashed OTPs, HttpOnly session cookies and rate limits. Access to service records is used for the purposes described above. No system offers absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access or a data issue, contact support or the grievance contact. Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside India; this policy does not promise India-only storage.
7. Retention and account closure
We retain account and enquiry information while it is needed to provide services, maintain the account, resolve requests or meet applicable obligations. You can request account closure through support. Once information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable retention duties.
Accounting and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Records may also be needed to resolve an outstanding payment, refund, dispute or legal request. Account closure or a deletion request does not immediately erase those records; we will explain any relevant retention restriction.
Temporary authentication records: for launch, we will run daily deletion of expired OTP and rate-limit rows after a 24-hour safety grace period following expiry. Daily processing means deletion need not happen at the instant that grace period ends. This temporary-record cleanup is separate from account and transaction retention.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Provide access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data, including contact identifiers through support review.
- Delete information or close your account, subject to lawful retention requirements.
- Record withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, including optional marketing consent.
- Review a grievance about how we handle your information.
Email services@compounding.investments with your request. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership, but support will not ask you to send an OTP, PIN, password, full card details or CVV. We will respond within applicable legal timelines and explain any restriction or further information needed. You may also raise a grievance directly with Utkarsh Awasthi at utkarsh@trayakshvi.tech or use remedies available under applicable law.
9. Adults only
The site and services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal data so we can review it.
10. External sites and policy changes
Official auction portals and other external sites have their own privacy practices. Please review their notices before submitting data there. We may update this policy and will show the revision date here; any notice or fresh consent required by applicable law will still be necessary.
